Miss K Pollard- Learning Support Assistant 

Hello, I am a Learning Support Assistant in Year 6. I also help run Early Risers Club and Homework Club after school.

My other role is running weekly 1:1 ELSA sessions where I help pupils with social and emotional needs.

I have been at Dedworth Middle for 11 years and enjoy supporting pupils with their learning.

Miss Shaffa- Learning Support Assistant

Hi, my name is Miss Neelam Shaffa I am a learning support assistant at DMS. I help and support children in their learning in all subjects. My favourite subjects are Maths and Art, I enjoy drawing and being creative.

In my spare time I like to go to the gym, shopping and spending quality time with friends and family.

Ms T Johnson- Learning Support Assistant

I work as a Teaching Assistant and in the school office. I am a level three first aider so you will see me tending to injuries near Reception and looking after you all. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

 Mrs J Blake- Learning Support Assistant

Hi, I’m Mrs Blake I am a KS3 Teaching Assistant. I love to help children with their work In various subjects. I am always available to talk to whether it’s just something fun you did at the weekend or if it’s something you are nervous or worried about.  I am also a military wife (originally from Manchester) and understand the complicated lifestyle that comes with having a military family member.  I have a daughter and a son, I also have a very cheeky Chihuahua. In my own time I love to spend time with my children and husband and visit my family in Manchester a few times a year. I look forward to seeing and meeting you all soon.

Miss Gardiner- Learning Support Assistant 

Hi! I’m Miss Gardiner. I am an LSA throughout Dedworth Middle School. 

Prior to this, I have been based in early years- most recently the SENCO of a local nursery. I studied Working with Children and Young people at university, obtaining a foundation degree. I am so passionate about supporting young minds and I look forward to working with everyone.

Hi, my name is Ms Ledwidge. I am an LSA  throughout Dedworth Middle School. My role is to help and support children in their learning in all subjects. I come from Art & Design background and so my favourite subjects is Art.

In my spare time I enjoy reading and making pottery. 

Miss S Mills-Dunbar - Learning Support Assistant

Hi I’m Miss Mills-Dunbar if it is hard to say please feel free to call me Miss Dunbar. I am currently new LSA at Dedworth but not to the school itself as I am a past student so I know everything there is to know about the school!!I am very chatty and bubbly so always feel free to come over to me and have a chat about anything u like, I’m looking forward to meeting you all and I can’t wait to support you all in whatever way you need me!!
