It is a great privilege to welcome you to Dedworth Middle School as the Headteacher.

At Dedworth Middle School, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. We work closely with families to ensure that every child develops the confidence, skills and aspirations needed to succeed, not only during their time with us, but throughout their lives.

Our school is guided by three simple expectations: Be Kind, Be Safe, Be Ready. These expectations underpin our daily lives and help to create a positive, inclusive and respectful environment where all members of our community can learn, grow and flourish.

I am incredibly proud of what Dedworth has already achieved and of the dedication, professionalism and commitment of our staff team. Their passion for education and unwavering belief in our pupils contribute significantly to the supportive and ambitious culture that exists throughout the school.
