Welcome to Dedworth middle schools transition home page. In this section you will find supporting documentation for pupils joining us and those that are moving on. Many children find transition and change very daunting and it can be hard to know where to access support. Anxiety has become an increasing issue in the world we live in, this can take many forms and be either temporary and fleeting or much more longer term. There are some excellent resources for you to use in supporting your child make transitions and also help with other anxiety or worry provoking events (such as Covid 19). Dedworth middle school is committed to supporting every child and we have a very experienced inclusion team, if you have tried some of the techniques within this section and you are still worried about transition please contact the school directly.
