Houses
At our school, we are proud to have four Houses, the house system is designed to foster a sense of belonging, teamwork, and healthy competition among our students. Our four Houses are:
- Bishops
- Guards
- Rangers
- Stags
Throughout the year, students compete in a wide range of activities, from sports and arts to academic challenges, with points awarded for participation and success. These House competitions are an integral part of school life, encouraging students to support one another and develop valuable skills such as leadership, resilience, and collaboration.
As the year progresses, we keep a running total of House points, which are earned through participation and achievement in these events. The House with the most points at the end of the year is crowned the winner, with the coveted House Trophy presented during our end-of-year celebrations:
House Competitions
Our House Competitions are an exciting and engaging part of school life, where students compete in a variety of activities to earn points for their House. These competitions foster teamwork, school spirit, and a sense of friendly rivalry. Whether it’s sports, music, drama, or academic challenges, each House strives to demonstrate their skills, enthusiasm, and dedication throughout the year.
Students are encouraged to participate in these events, showing their commitment to their House while developing important qualities such as collaboration, perseverance, and leadership.

Application for Student House Leaders:
We are now seeking House Leaders for each year group. To apply, please write a letter to Miss Raz or your Head of House outlining why you believe you would be a great choice for the role. In your letter, be sure to highlight the skills and qualities you possess that would help you excel in this position, such as leadership, communication, teamwork, and organisation. Think about how you can motivate others, contribute to House events, and represent your House with pride. This is your chance to showcase what makes you a strong candidate, so make your application personal and detailed. The deadline for applications is Thursday 13th March, and all letters should be submitted to Miss Raz.
Poster/ Art work: Deadline Thursday 20th March:
We are excited to announce a House Art Competition! Design and create a poster or artwork that represents your House using your House's colour and animal.
- Bishops: Purple / Bobcat
- Guards: Yellow / Grizzly Bear
- Rangers: Pink / Ram
- Stags: Turquoise / Stag
Your artwork should include three words that best represent the spirit of your House. Show your creativity and House pride through your design!
Every entry will earn House points, so be sure to submit your artwork and contribute to your House’s overall score.
