Get Involved

There are lots of ways to support the PTA, and every contribution — big or small — makes a difference.

You can get involved by:

• Attending PTA events and activities

• Taking part in fundraising initiatives like EasyFundraising or STIKINS

• Attending informal PTA coffee mornings and meetings

• Helping at events when you’re able

• Joining the PTA committee when vacancies arise

You don’t need to commit long-term or attend meetings to be involved. Support at any level is always appreciated.

Committee Vacancy: Secretary

We are currently looking for a PTA Secretary to join our committee.

The Secretary plays an important role in helping the PTA run smoothly by supporting communication, organisation and record-keeping.

What the role involves

• Taking brief notes and minutes at PTA meetings

• Helping share information with parents and carers

• Supporting the organisation of meetings and initiatives

• Assisting with general communication where needed

No previous experience is required — support and guidance will be provided, and the role is manageable alongside other commitments.
