Hello! My name is Mr Simkin and I joined DMS in November of 2021. I started out as an LSA working with SEN pupils and have now progressed to be Cover Manager! Shaping and moulding young minds is something I take extreme pride in doing. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog, reading fantasy fiction and watching the gunners play.

Mr A Salmond - Music teacher

Although originally from Scotland, I have been teaching in Australia for the past 8 years. I hope to bring some of that Ozzie spirit into the music classroom and I look forward to seeing my students progress throughout the rest of the year.

When I am not teaching, I love to go to the gym, watch movies and – still being quite new to the Windsor area – explore this beautiful town and its surrounds. A passion of mine is playing piano and I have a background in conducting Musical Theatre.
