Miss M Kleyn - Year 5 Form Tutor

Hello, I’m Miss Kleyn, and I’m thrilled to be a Year 5 teacher this year! I recently graduated and have experience as an SEN support worker, which has helped me develop a passion for supporting students in feeling safe, confident, and eager to come to school. I moved to England from Australia and brought my cat along for the journey! Outside of school, I enjoy traveling and gaming, and I’m always up for talking about different cultures and places. I look forward to making this year a fun and exciting experience for everyone!

Mrs S Lawson - Year 5 Form Tutor/ Literacy Co-ordinator 

I’ve been part of the DMS community for three years, beginning my journey as a Learning Support Assistant. I’m now proud to serve as a Year 5 Form Tutor and the Literacy Coordinator.
In my role, I’m passionate about creating and nurturing a positive culture that inspires a love of reading. I lead a range of literacy initiatives designed to support our students in developing their skills, building their confidence, and persevering with their literacy journey.
As a form tutor, I value the opportunity to support students pastorally, helping them to grow in resilience and encouraging them to be as ambitious as they wish to be in both their learning and personal development.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, going for long walks, and keeping active. I also love reading, cooking, and playing board games!

Miss S Lewis - Year 5 Form Tutor

Hello! I'm Miss Lewis and I am a year 5 teacher. 

I love all things science, sports and creative subjects.

I enjoy coaching a girls football team and I am passionate about pupil wellbeing/mental health.

Outside of school, I love spending time with my family, walking, watching sunsets, baking and  gardening. You can find me in room 6! :)

Mr A Salmond - Year 5 Form Tutor

Although originally from Scotland, I have been teaching in Australia for the past 8 years. I hope to bring some of that Ozzie spirit into the Year 5 classroom and I look forward to seeing my students progress throughout the rest of the year.

When I am not teaching, I love to go to the gym, watch movies and – still being quite new to the Windsor area – explore this beautiful town and its surrounds. A passion of mine is playing piano and I have a background in conducting Musical Theatre.

Miss E Sinclair - Year 5 Form Tutor/ Maths 

Hello I’m Miss Sinclair! I have the pleasure of being a part of the Maths department and a Year 5 tutor. I look forward to sharing my enthusiasm for the subject across KS2 and KS3. Outside of school, I enjoy exploring new cities close to home and further afield. When I can I love to spend as much time as possible with my family, friends, and pets. Come and find me in Room 9!
